alright.
had less then 2 hours of sleep.
was talking to dylan the whole night!
i'm so gonna miss you when u are
going back to aussie.
hurry up and finish your last sem
and come back here to singapore for good.

and btw, thanks for hearing me out last night.
really appreciated it.

anyways
today worked 10am till 11pm =_=!!
came early.
had a short breakfast.
and started setting up for lunch.

we did it so fast till we almost complete those tables
for dinner.
hoho.

BEFORE LUNCH.

outdoor (i set this table ALONE) =) rysa (new trainee) and i rysa (new trainee) and i sharon (my fav dessert chef) and i. =)

lunch was quite boring.
then during setting up for dinner,
jaz and i were to set up indoor.
it was damn fun.
haha.
we (she) bitched about everything!

around 5pm,
veron and i were
struggling to cope
with the flow of reservations.
2 phones kept ringging
over and over again!
omg lah!!!!

then it was dinner time.
as usual,
during briefing,
jas and i picked up those
wrong grammer, pronounciation... etc
made by the managers.
yes,
we were mean.
lolx.
=)

i was station to do floor.
station D with roy.
anna (new trainee) was attached to me.

omg.
it was super busy lah!
i totally forgot to teach anna.
and ya.
got 'screwed' up by ROY.

"wad kind of trainer are you?
leaving your trainee behind?"

yes, i know he was just jokingly
commenting it.
but i somehow was affected by it.
=x

what can i do?
it was super busy,
saras and i were running.
literally RUNNING!

once the pace starts to slow down,
i start teaching anna basic stuff.
eg, presentation of wines,
serving amount for still/sparkling/red wine/white wine,
folding of linens.
blalala.
basic stuff lah.

but then at the end,
i told her...

"the most important thing that you must
be able to do is 'a fake smile'"
yeah.

i'm known for being plastic.
but wth,
being in f&b line,
YOU HAVE TO BE PLASTIC!!

one of my previous trainee,lokesh came back to visit.
=)
sort of like missing his crappy-ness.

had a wierd supper.
i mix hanoi chicken soup
with larb kai and campasak.
end product.
it's damn nice i tell you!!
=)

before i left,
took a pic with anna.see....
she can be plastic TOO!
=)

walked over to raffles place mrt with adi.
slid down in between this escalator!
damn fun. 2nd time doing it.
=)
adi soon left to take his train.
i walked over to my bus stop.
talk to kenny on my way back.
and reached home before 12am.

when i came back,
i had a pleasant surprise.
both my grandparents came over and staying over!
i love them so much!
=)

PHEW!
hope my parents dont find out i'm working!
=)
