i had morning MEDICAL APPOINTMENT at AH. 
and more drugs are being prescribed!

a whole new 'painkiller' cycle to start by next week!

went over to sws for committee meeting.
had supper

before heading home at 11pm.
i'm feeling tired of everything.
i need something new.
