*JOGging ADDICT*

I've been jogging
alot recently

and my timing for 2.4
IMPROVED again...
8mins 54secs

an improvement of 39secs.

and the pain on my back
and knee is getting worst.
i dont care.
must keep in target.
between 8.30-9.30mins.
=)

PS: i still can fit
into my sec school PE
outfit! WOOTS!
