went for the teacher's briefing.

felt super lazy to go to TAC.

met up with jimmy for dinner.

we were super random.

from VIVO,
we took 131.
we initially wanna decide on
LauPaSat
but on our way there,
the adventurous part of me
wanted to try something new.

so on the bus,
we set an alarm for about 10 minutes.
then once the alarm rang,
we got off the bus.

and we were in MUSTAFA.

walked around...

and we had dinner in TEKKA.
chicken briyani mee kuah.

after,
we went home. was having a mild headache
after going to MUSTAFA.

today,
we headed to NUS for lunch. cynthia joined us.

after we knock off,

we headed to the bathroom before

HAPPY GOOD friday.

suddenly,
i've got the urge to cook.

sherperd's pie;
johann's version.
=)

seasonings needed boiled potatoes a chunk of beef ******

chop up some chilies,
garlic, onions.
soak 2 cubes of
chicken stock in hot water. ******

heat up oil. ******

stir fry the
onions, garlic and chili
till golden brown.
******

add a table spoon
of oyster sauce into the
liquidfy chicken stock. ******

half table spoon of
oyster sauce.
******

a splash of maggie seasoning.
******

add the sauce into the wok.
******

add the beef cubes.
******
let it simmer for about 15 mins.


around this time,
you can start doing the potatoes.
=)

lst layer,
sliced potato.

2nd layer,
sautee meet.
3rd layer,
sliced potato.
******

final layer, blended liquified potato;
cover every empty spaces.

garnish
for bee and me!
=)

final step,
heat it in mircowave for about
5mins on HIGH.

wah lah...
dinner is served.

time taken,
1hour.
