crappy MEL....

hi!!!!!!!!!
so my day....
yawn-ness...
woke up at 9am.
left for work by 9.35am.
lol....
by right, this is the only day i'm supposed to work.
but i've got to work recently because i had to
replace some staff as they are short of manpower
........
woot!

today i did opening alone!
again!
lol....
cynthia was doing PANTRY opening,
jeremy was doing BOH opening
and danny was doing the BAR opening.....

gawd!
the freaking FOH was dirty lo!
the previous servers did not do their
closing duty the previous night properly!!
there were footprints all over the floor...
poor "cinderalla-WANNBE" me....
i had to sweep and mop....
had to sanitised the stations, bar top.
wipe the glass door.
check allinment of the cutleries and wooden board.
lol....
completed everything after 1.5 hrs!!!!
then fishy open its door!

lol.....

i was deployed to do station D!!!
argh!
such a BIG section!
can die lor!
anyways.
nothing much happened lah.
boring as usual....

MAYA sonn came at 12PM.
SUNIYAH soon start work at 1pm.
as one of the server who was supposed to
work today didnt show up....

*tick-tock*

it was abit busy lah....
did everything perfectly till.....
i did 2 big mistakes!!!
i didnt tell anyone...
hehe....

the 2ND mishap....
it was a bdae cake....
i took it out of the freezer ready
to serve to the customer.
then the carrier handle snapped!
the cake droped at the side!
lol!
cynthia and thonsan saw it....
lol...1/4 of the cake's choco coated was gone!!
thanks cynthia for helping me...
we did a 'plastic-choco surgery'....
used our choco flakes to cover it....
luckily, the bdae peeps didnt notice as they were
excited about the bdae stuff...
heng again!

soon, it was the next shift....
the night shift!!!

i was deployed as runner for the second level.
but mel wants to share station.
so we shared lah....
did both runner and station B....
did some last minute preparations
before we open 2nd level.
ain doing large sauce sets....

everything was cool till they decided to sabo the bdae gerl.

it was like a war zone!

luckily they said sorry and did help us to clean some...
and they gave 'JOHAN' and me personal tips!

ain and suniya swept the place.

later on, we helped Ang wash the toilet...

to be the cleanest....
